Growing foods on Whidbey Island is a fun activity and gives us delicious dinners. Meet other gardeners at SW Tilth and hear all the best tips on making your food garden more successful this year. You’ll save money by not having to buy so much fresh produce. Anza Muenchow will cover soil preparation, timing, pest management and all the varieties that do well in our climate! Some favorite crops include tomatoes, basil, peppers, all squashes, cucumbers, beans, corn, eggplant, ground cherries and MORE! Class is located on the Tilth campus on Sunday, April 24 from 11:30 to 1pm. Cost is $10 admission, $5 for Tilth members. See you there! Contact email: education@southwhidbeytilth.org
